Very clean room and very spacious, beds are very comfortable, AC works perfect. the employees are very nice and helpful. I liked that we were allowed a late checkout to accommodate our schedule.

The staff was awesome, the guy showed us our room after we checked in and gave us information about the room. He asked us if we would like extra pillows we said yes and got it right away. We were happy that they provided drinkable water in the lobby considering how hot it is outside. The location is good, a few blocks away from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and bar. There was free bottled water as well which we greatly appreciated however, if you requested another bottled water would cost you 20pesos.

The location is excellent, and breakfast was good but it was not the hotel´s restaurant its more an outside business.

Rooms are great, staff excellent. The pool is on the small side but it was perfect. Hotel grounds and rooms are clean and well maintained. Centrally located and close to everything. The included breakfast provide large portions, food is wonderful. I want to reiterate on the wonderful service from the staff…every single one that I spoke to in my 5 days there were phenomenal.

Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay perfect - Ice and coffees were supplied whenever we needed them - nothing was too much trouble. We had early check in - Our room was serviced daily - and as requested it was on a high floor overlooking the lovely pool. The included daily breakfast at "Melt" each morning was just great. They even came and took our order for dinner one evening and delivered it poolside. Over and above service.

Great location, lovely layout of the property, room was spacious and clean. Lovely shower. Pool was a real highlight and nice and shaded for parts of the day with plenty of seating. Breakfast included at the cafe next door and it was a great menu.

The location is fantastic as it is the historic area and there are a ton of great restaurants and bars nearby. Luis at the downstairs bar is a true professional. The hotel is nice, clean and pretty architecture. The beds were very comfortable.

The location is pretty central which is a plus, and the parking is inside the courtyard. The room was pretty basic but clean, wifi was free as far as I recall. We had a good stay overall, just not as pretty as it looked in the pictures but definitely a solid accommodation spot for visiting La Paz.
